All the staff are very kind, and the process of making an appointment was super easy. Clint (the owner) even shuttled me back to work so I didn’t have to wait on site while my car was in. I wasn’t sure what overall score to give them though because a two things really sidelined me from having an otherwise positive experience. First, it should not have taken 4 hours to do an inspection and tire rotation on a EV with only 11k miles on it. Second, when I went to pay, there was a surprise $70 charge for balancing my tires - a service I had not asked for or needed and was not included in the estimate emailed to me. When I asked about it, I was told they were saving me money in the long run, but I know when my tires need balancing (mine didn’t), and I left feeling taken advantage of and deceived. I want to give this company a higher review, but I have to be honest about the entire experience. Hopefully, this feedback will help Accomplished Auto work up to its potential.
I am completely baffled by this review. I will admit the one thing we made a mistake on was not having the tire rotation on the repair order right away. However I recall you walking in the door and I asked what we were doing for you today and you said that you needed a state inspection and tire rotation. We discussed the maintenance needs of EV while there and giving a ride to work. You also said you knew you were overdue for tire rotation. The other item is no it did not take 4 hrs to do your SI and rotate and balance tires. Since you were at work we did not rush to get it in as we had other customers in shop we were finishing up with. When you called for pick-up it was completed then so we were able to pick you up at your convenience. So I do not see what relevance that has as it was ready for when you needed it. I am sorry you had a less than stellar experience but we did the services you verbally asked for and what your car needed im the time we had it while you were at work. Again I am sorry that we had neglected to put the rotation on the repair order immediately after you stated you wanted a tire rotation along with state inspection. However we did make a note on the repair order at drop off for the reason car was here at 12:15 quote "tire rotation***** and needs a shuttle back to work" this is where our receptionist adds what we are told about work needed done that she does not know how to add to the repair order quote.
