Excellent Auto Shop. April and her 2 furbabies greet you with big smiles. So friendly and sweet. Joe, Robert and Aaron are professionals. They did an excellent job getting my car to the shop and repairing it perfectly! Such nice guys. Clinton thank you for the most precise, professional breakdown I have ever seen on the job that was done. The guys I guess jot the journey all down including pictures!!! You guys did a great job with that! It also showed what was checked that the car needs or doesnt need and put checks next to each item to show the importance of getting a particular job done sooner than later! I have never seen any shop do a detailed breakdown like this. Amazing Thank you ALL!

I cannot speak highly enough about the comprehensive, detailed service at Accomplished Auto! Multiple photos were included in the proposal for repair with urgency ratings for repairs suggested. They are very thorough and do great work! Communication all through the repair process was excellent! I've FINALLY found a great garage to take care of my vehicles! And my tech, Aaron, was top notch! He explained everything to me in a very down to earth, easy to understand fashion. I HIGHLY recommend Accomplished Auto!

Not very happy, just picked up my car that was only there for an inspection and it wreaks of cigarettes. Also my ODB reader was removed and put on the floor

The ODB reader was unplugged in your vehicle as part of our inspection process, and we apologize that our team failed to plug it back in before returning your keys to you. While we are unsure about where the scent of cigarettes in your vehicle came from as none of the technicians who worked on your vehicle smoke cigarettes, we apologize again that you had anything less than a wonderful experience during your visit to our shop.
