Service is a word that has a number of definitions. That said, if it happens that you are reading this........you need to know that these folks are the ONLY people for you to deal with. I've been dealing with them for 6 years and everything they do is rock-solid above board, actually required, and with the professional attitude you might not expect........but that's because they are not interested in your business on a one time basis. In addition to being treated like they actually care, I can attest that they have, on more than one occasion, discovered AND advised me that some of the work required was still under warranty, and as such, would be done at no cost to me. That's all anyone needs to know: we've all heard the sad tales of being taken advantage of by a car repair shop. My advice: if you want to do business with someone who you can trust......well, you just found out with whom and why.

I'm a DIY type of guy and thought I could easily replace my coolant sensor on my VW Toureg... boy was I wrong. I gave Accomplished Auto a call 2 hours before closing and they were able to get me in the first thing the next day. I thought I would be waiting a least a day or two before they could book me in. The whole team was very nice and approachable and they even have a loaner car to use as well if needed. They fixed my issue quickly and at a fair price. I definitely recommend these guys and hope to use them in the future for any future auto repairs. Thanks again guys!

Great service as always

Accomplished nothing. Provided a sizable quote (expected) but said they wouldn't work on vehicle until one of the steps into the vehicle was repaired by a weld shop (yet none of the repairs asked to be completed were inside the vehicle). Went there because of the reviews, but will likely not return.

The folks at Accomplished Auto are great. From their receptionist to the techs, they do a great job and provide honest, reliable feedback and guidance. They send you pictures of your vehicles condition while in the shop and provide reliable transportation to the Concord area. Overall, a great local business!

I took my 2013 Ford C-Max to Accomplished Auto to have them check the state of its high voltage battery pack so I could get an idea when it might need to be replaced. Clinton Jones not only did that analysis but also did a thorough check over of the car in general. His report showed the battery health to be pretty good but found a couple of other items that need attention. The report not only provided details and data but also photos of all affected items - very impressive! Repair shops with knowledge of hybrid technology are scarce still - Accomplished Auto is top notch for hybrids and auto diagnostics in general - highly recommend!
