These guys are great! I find them to be honest and very experienced. I had them put a front tow bar on my car to tow behind an RV. They did a terrific job including with both vehicles making sure everything was in order for my next trip. Clint showed me how to connect and disconnect the car from the RV and even gave me pointers on driving with the towed car while on a test drive!

These guys are very experienced and knowledgeable. I had them install a tow bar kit to flat tow a car behind the RV. This included installing a supplemental braking system and lighting harness. They did a wonderful job and even walked me through hooking them up and driving them! Thanks to Clint and all the crew!

Accomplished Auto is the best repair shop I have ever been to in the last 40 years of being on this planet . From the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my repaired vehicle I felt appreciated and not just another customer. Clint the owner of Accomplished Auto is brilliant at diagnosing what the problem might be based on the concerns you present when you arrive. Ryan the service manager went out of his way to make sure I completely understood what was going to be repaired and explained all costs and what to expect moving forward. He also test drove my car to insure it was repaired properly . April the receptionist was so friendly not only in person but also on the phone when I called to see if my vehicle was ready. All of the mechanics that I got to meet were friendly and you can see they really enjoy their job so they take pride in what they do. I have nothing negative to say about this shop , in fact I have told my entire family “ We have a new mechanic !” I will be going here for many years to come and I truly look forward to seeing this FANTASTIC crew again !!!! So cool to finally have a shop I TRUST !!! And not feel like I am being treated like a number !!!!! Thank you guys so much for keeping me and my family safe !!!!

On Tuesday, I messaged Accomplished Auto, and they were able to accommodate my schedule Wednesday afternoon. A knowledgeable tech diagnosed my concern with water getting into the taillight and explained that it was just the number of hours on the bulb due to there being no daylight sensor on the running lights. The inspection of the vehicle identified a few other things that would need to be addressed soon so that I could schedule them before they become problematic. And as an added bonus, there was a coupon on the website for a full synthetic oil change. I would definitely recommend them for your vehicle service needs.

The gratitude I feel for Accomplished Auto is indescribable. My car is a twenty-one year old 2001 VW New Beetle. It is my first car and I have loved it every day since I bought it through a private seller six years ago. Lately, it's been showing its age and with the average cost of hourly labor for a VW specialist being $180, I haven't been able to afford having it thoroughly assessed. To Trade or not to Trade? That has been my question. I needed a full "doctor's" diagnosis by a VW specialist that wouIdn't cost me as much as a dealership. THIS WAS 100% THE RIGHT PLACE FOR ME TO GO! After calling multiple mechanics for over a year and not being able to afford any of them, and then after hiring one in July 2022 who did some mediocre repair work and literally damaged my car while it was in their care... I was near tears on the phone with Accomplished Auto's receptionist, April. She was kind, and warm and receptive to me. The mechanic offered to do a completely thorough inspection on my car AND provide a comprehensive list of all services the car needs now/would eventually need with individual cost estimates for only $45. I dropped my car off to them with only a wing and a prayer in my pocket and then left the State to visit my family across the country. They kept my car safe for two weeks, and sent me the list of potential services thru an editable PDF to my cellphone. Upon returning from my trip, I sat down with the mechanic and he explained everything I wanted to know and more. He was willing to cut future service repair costs in whatever way he could, and was willing to source parts from a VW junkyard nearby. He told me honest advice about the costs of continuing ownership of my current car, and also provided insight about trading it in for something newer. I even got to meet the VW Specialist in their garage and ask him additional questions as well. They do pre-purchase inspections which I will be hiring them to do if I find myself needing to trade in my Bug! Overall, I got an enormous amount of information for less than a fraction of the cost at other places, and I could tell the place was legitimate and being run by genuine people. As a natural sceptic, I sometimes read these types of reviews written by other reviewers, and doubt whether I would have the same experience. I can plainly say that YES, even YOU would come away from this place feeling satisfied and safe regarding your vehicle. Five stars for an on point business. Thank you, Ryan, Nick, and April!

Very impressed with my service. It is as advertised! Friendly and courteous staff, shuttled in a timely manner to my office, listened to my concerns with my car, and got the work done within the time frame stated. I love the text updates telling me exactly what was being done and the pictures of the work. Great email and text communication! I now feel proactive in keeping my car on the road and in the best working condition. They keep me informed of the things that are good, what they are monitoring for needed repair and what is critical to be done right away. I am very busy so it gets difficult for me to call and get things scheduled. They have called me to schedule! I get a report detailing the above and asking for my approval for the work to be done.
