Great service as always

Accomplished nothing. Provided a sizable quote (expected) but said they wouldn't work on vehicle until one of the steps into the vehicle was repaired by a weld shop (yet none of the repairs asked to be completed were inside the vehicle). Went there because of the reviews, but will likely not return.

The folks at Accomplished Auto are great. From their receptionist to the techs, they do a great job and provide honest, reliable feedback and guidance. They send you pictures of your vehicles condition while in the shop and provide reliable transportation to the Concord area. Overall, a great local business!

I took my 2013 Ford C-Max to Accomplished Auto to have them check the state of its high voltage battery pack so I could get an idea when it might need to be replaced. Clinton Jones not only did that analysis but also did a thorough check over of the car in general. His report showed the battery health to be pretty good but found a couple of other items that need attention. The report not only provided details and data but also photos of all affected items - very impressive! Repair shops with knowledge of hybrid technology are scarce still - Accomplished Auto is top notch for hybrids and auto diagnostics in general - highly recommend!

Had my wife's 2011 Sonata in for service after a check light came on. Accomplished auto accurately diagnosed and fixed an engine problem. We had an alignment done and a few general maintenance things. Pricing was fair, and the loaner car program kept my family going.

I am a person that has bad luck with cars. I am also new to the area, so I was so pleased when someone recommended Accomplished Auto to me. I needed a catalytic converter replaced, and I felt very informed and accommodated thought the whole process. Ryan listened to my preferences and prepared a quote with different options and price points, took time to walk me through the process, and answered any questions I had. Service was super prompt and communication timely. I really love the digital quote feature, and the photos that were taken when the service was performed. They were even able to diagnose an additional issue further, which I recently had worked done on at a different shop, and thought was concluded. I would definitely recommend Accomplished Auto with confidence to my friends and family, and have!
