What if I have an emergency?
We do not offer towing, but can recommend a towing company. We will service or repair your vehicle as soon as possible. During normal business hours, we offer free shuttle within Concord.
What if I need a State Inspection?
We do state inspections on cars and light trucks. Inspections are $45.00 as of May 21, 2018. Add a State Inspection to any other service in the same visit – $35.00. We do not do inspections for trucks over 1 ton or motorcycles.
Can you tell me what's wrong?
Yes, we offer diagnostic services. Diagnostic inspections vary in cost based on type of inspection.
How long will I have to wait?
You don't have to wait! We offer shuttle service within Concord, have a comfortable, friendly waiting area with wi-fi, an early bird drop off with a key drop slot next to our front door and have a preferred rental rate with a local company. We will contact you when your vehicle is ready.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover with the option of paying via text or e-mail when work is completed. We accept Cash, however we do not accept personal checks. We offer some financing options through Synchrony Bank.
Are Original Equipment (OE) parts necessary?
We use OE parts whenever possible, as they are designed for your vehicle. We have found that OE parts last longer, meaning less frequent replacement needed – if any. In the long run, OE parts save you money.
How often do I need to change my oil?
Manufacturer's recommendation vary. We use extended life oil filters and premium blended or synthetic oil, are designed to last the recommended interval between oil changes. We place a sticker on your windshield with the next service date.
We recommend you bring your vehicle back to us for a courtesy oil level re-check when using long life synthetic oils. This should be done halfway between the oil change and recommended next service.

Do I really need to do the Manufacturer's recommended maintenance and inspections?
We will always let you know what your manufacturer recommends – we feel it's that important! Based on the vehicle's mileage, there is a list of items to be replaced and inspected. We feel your vehicle is safest and runs best by taking care of it on a regular basis.
Is an ASE Certified Master Technician important?
Yes! Many independent sites suggest you look for an ASE Certified Technician. ASE was formed to protect you – the automotive service consumer, the shop owner, and the automotive technician. ASE provides tangible proof of the technician's skills and expertise. And, to remain ASE certified professionals must be retested every five years to keep up with ever advancing automotive technology.
