I'm Will, a 22-year-old tech, and I have a passion for making people love their car more. I usually have a smile on my face and would love to talk to you about your car!
I'm a New Hampshire local who loves the outdoors and everything in it. On my days off, with warm weather, you can find me hiking or fishing. I love most kinds of music and consider myself an amateur musician who is learning the mandolin. I love animals and own two dogs and a cat.
I have worked in the industry for four years and have been working on cars out of necessity my whole life. While a technician at a Subaru dealer I completed dealer specific training with them. But I prefer working at an independent shop. It allows me to provide better and more transparent service. I spent 2 years at Manchester Community College in their global automotive program. The automotive industry is changing with hybrid, EV's, and driverless cars. I love new technology! I am awaiting the day a car drives itself into my bay for a service. Until then all I can do is keep up to date on all the new advancements with training and seminars.
I’ve been in the automotive industry for 8 year but have practically grown up in it, my father was a master mechanic so needless to say fixing cars is a part of my DNA! I see the auto industry constantly changing and evolving every day, it is my mission to inform and educate consumers on there automobile and its current state! I have a loving wife and lots of fur babies! We just bought a house so I spend lots of my time with “never ending projects” but I wouldn’t have it any other way! The summer months are my favorite because I get to go to outdoor concerts, have cookouts, go kayaking and have bon fires in the evening! During the winter I love to travel to tropical islands to escape the cold and snow of New Hampshire! I am also very passionate about sports and music! Did I mention I’m a diehard Miami Dolphins fan?
I always had an interest in how things worked. I was the type of kid to take apart and put together my toys and experiment with how they worked and could be changed. My father was an equipment tech on farm and industrial machinery who I watched work his way up to management then ownership of Knoxland Equipment. I also learned to work on equipment there.
Later I had an interest in aviation and aerospace and spent 2 years at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Daytona Beach, FLA in their aircraft engineering program. While I did not complete the program, I still was good at mechanical things so switched to aircraft maintenance at Riverside School of Aeronautics in Utica, NY. There I graduated in the top 5 of my class. I went on to work off and on at several aircraft maintenance facilities around NH including Pan Am ot the Portsmouth airport. In between I worked at several auto shops ranging from small 2 bay shops to large dealerships like Tulley’s in Nashua and Dobles in Manchester NH. There I got extensive factory training for GM and became more interested in the ongoing technological development of cars.
I worked at a used car dealer for a while and continued my education on my own before winding up at Accomplished auto as the lead tech for about 6 years, all the while learning and growing. This was about the time I met my current wife Kathy who encouraged me to continue to grow and learn. When the old owner of Accomplished Auto decided it was time for him to move on with the encouragement and assistance of my loving wife, I purchased the business in December of 2017. Since then I have continued to grow and learn and help serve my customers and the community to the best of my ability.
During my off time I enjoy gardening and doing home improvement around our house and spending time with Kathy. We also enjoy going on nature walks, Kayaking around our beautiful state including at the ocean and camping.
