Accomplished Auto is an excellent independent shop. They do great work and I really like their software system which displays photos of problems and makes it easy to confirm or decline additional work. All of the guys there are great. Tom, the service manager, is friendly and helpful, and the mechanics are knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new mechanic.

I have always appreciated Accomplished Auto's very thorough communication. The software they use to indicate what needs to be done that allows me to prioritize decision making, not just about the current work that needs doing, but also upcoming issues, is extremely helpful in planning and understanding what I need to do. The crew has been easy to work with, and in a few cases helped us out of a serious jam. I recommend Accomplished Auto if you want to feel like you have an auto repair team working with you.

Great shop, was late for my inspection they got me in ASAP and were super honest about the inspection. Even did the inspection for me while waited for registration to come in. Will definitely be using this shop going forward

Easy to book online; easily communicated via text with changes and updates to progress; drove me back to work and the job was done fast. Customer service doesn’t have to be hard and these guys were great! Will be using them again.
