They do good work but need to be more accurate with the job time they quote if you’re waiting there for your car. Might be good to ask them for a loaner and not wait.

All went well until it came time to pick up the car. I had arranged to pick up on Sunday using the lockbox. When I arrived from airport by Uber, there was no car and no key. Fortunately, one of the mechanics was there doing some paper work and we tracked down the car.

Timely service. They replaced the timing chain cover on my Tacoma about a year ago, which is not a small job. Also fixed my A/C. They give a 3 year warranty on all their work. The compressor that was installed ended up failing and they replaced quickly and free of charge. They also have a nice app/website link thing that lets you approve or deny any work they want to do. This is nice for me as I can do it from my phone when I am at work and cannot call.
