The absolute WORST and most OVERPRICED service I have ever had done on my car!! Do not come here, unless you want to be way overcharged for TERRIBLE service. All I wanted was a state inspection and a simple oil change. They took over 2 hours, and charged me $140 for an OIL CHANGE! Plus they did not pass my less than 3 year old car for a State Inspection because of a small ding on my windshield and windshield wipers needed to be changed… they did not change the windshield wipers, even though I asked them to, or offer to fix the small chip in my windshield (less than 1 cm in diameter). I did not find out that they failed my car inspection until AFTER I paid the bill for the inspection, oil change and air filters to be changed. Over $300 later!! I was so pissed and appalled when I left (after I paid) and realized that I still had a 2023 state inspection sticker on my car and was not told once that my car didn’t pass (even though I called for updates). They still charged me for the inspection and didn’t change my windshield wipers or offer to fix my windshield… which I would have happily paid for in order to be pass the state inspection. Now I just had to buy a $20 windshield repair kit for the small little chip in my windshield and I will fix it my damn self. I will also be going elsewhere to have another inspection, because I never want them touching my car again. Pretty sad that an auto repair shop can’t fix a small chip in a windshield , but a less than $20 DIY kit from Amazon or Walmart can. They also did not call or text me to tell me that my car was ready. They sent me a bill via text, but nothing saying that my car was ready to be picked up. This place should be ashamed to charge people for service they don’t even follow through on and miscommunication to their customers on what service was done and what was not. I am so disgusted with this place. I will NEVER go back and I will tell everyone I know about the terrible and overpriced service. I have never had such a bad experience with my car before and I have had dozens of state inspections and oil changes in the past, and never an issue like this. DO BETTER “ACCOMPLISHED” AUTO.
First of all, I do apologize for any inconvenience. Second of all I clearly texted you multiple times about what your car needed and that it was ready for pick up. I also clearly wrote in the notes that it was not just the chip in the windshield that failed. Per NH State Inspection Guidelines if a crack goes through the glass and is located in the path of the wiper blades the windshield needs to be replaced. Saf-C 3217.10 Cracked or Chipped Glass. (a) A vehicle shall be rejected if the glass or glazing on the windshield: (1) Has become clouded, shattered or cracked, inside or outside, in the path of the wiper blades, or more than 2 inches, outside the path of the wiper blades; (2) Is cracked on one side, through to the plastic center; or (3) Is cracked or chipped directly through from the inside to the outside. I advised you to see if your insurance would cover glass replacement. We do not do in house glass replacement although we do often co-ordinate with a couple of vendors who can replace the glass while here but does usually require a day or 2 of notice. As to the wiper blades, I must have missed your request to replace them, I also apologize that I did not see you to do the pickup review of the work done as I or my customer service agent who was out that day usually does. All of this was clearly written up and photo documented on your car's inspection report. Also, just like going to the doctor's office for an exam state inspection fee applies pass or fail because the exam was done either way. Once the State Inspection Issues were corrected then there is no recharge for the sticker. The oil change was billed out with our ½ off coupon so was only $70 with discount applied for full synthetic oil change and long-life filter rated for more than the 3000-mile rating most low-end filters are.
