Went in for an inspection, notice an issue with my rotors and took me into the garage to look at it first hand. Set me up with an appointment for the following week and even gave me a courtesy vehicle to use. Professional service, experts in their field, down to earth, and not looking to take advantage of you. I am disappointed with the service I received here. I went in for only sticking calipers, they said those were fine but the parking brake cables were both broken and they couldn’t get the parts to repair it. They also quoted it’ll cost almost twice what another garage would charge. They then spent extra time doing a full bumper to bumper inspection, finding a 1/2 dozen problems, itemizing and pricing it all out, then charged me for all that unwanted inspection and documentation time. WTH, they should have just focused on what I wanted done, also on top of that now my car goes click click click click while driving down the road, I’ll go somewhere else to get that fixed.

Amazing service, I should have come here first to get my Volvo serviced. Have a 2016 XC90 that had a check engine light on, took it to one mechanic and they swapped the coils and spark plugs. Then it had issues starting, so they checked the fuel injectors. It then popped the seals on the fuel injectors when they were put back in. After that I thought that a real Volvo tech was needed and had it towed to Lovering Volvo. They told me that my engine had coolant leaking into the cylinders and I would need a new engine that would cost me $11k. I opted to bring it to Accomplished Auto as they told me that even with a rebuild it would cost me Tops $6500. They ran their own diagnostics and said that my engine was running lean and needed a reset. They performed a hard reset on my cars computer and low and behold it now runs just fine. I will be bringing my volvo and any other car I get to them from here on out. Great customer service and the techs you interact with know what they are doing.

While traveling, we had unexpected truck problems. We’re so happy to have found Accomplished Auto—they took care of our major repairs, plus drove us back and forth from our hotel. They were cordial and professional—documenting everything. We would return to them in the future!

Absolutely amazing service! They are so thorough and give you recommendations on what needs to be done to make your vehicle the best it can be. The fact that they take picture of the brakes, suspension etc is a level of detail I have never seen before! My Tiguan drove absolutely amazing after an alignment and tire rotating and balance. I will be back whenever I need anything done. I can’t recommend Clint and his team enough. Thank you Pat

2 other shops and the jeep dealership had no time or understanding of my electrical issues , accomplished auto had it figured out in under an hour due to an opening in their schedule. They diagnosed and fixed two electrical issues and then suggested a couple of other things I’ve been putting off but as their expertise and willingness to resolve so I went ahead and let them do my transmission service as well. I honestly hate to give a good review right now because I want to keep them for myself. lol. Seriously though , top notch is below them they are truly amazing and I highly recommend this shop. Thank you again so much Accomplished Auto , you really have accomplished something my wife and I thought would be the end all of this Wrangler.

Very friendly front desk and everyone else that I spoke to. This is three weeks and about 3,000 miles after service and everything is still great! I do recommend this garage and yes, I will be going back to them next time I need service I can’t do myself.
