We just had the transmission replaced in my wife's GMC Acadia in Virginia, where we live, and drove it locally for a week with no issues other than the steering wheel being slightly off center. My wife left for a family bridal shower in NJ on May 28th and found the vehicle would start bucking violently and the Service Stabilitrac light would illuminate on an intermittent basis. The only way to stop it was to shut the vehicle off twice and reset the traction control. After the bridal shower, my wife made her way up to New Hampshire to visit one of our daughters. Once again, the vehicle would intermittently buck terribly and was undriveable until restarted. It got so bad that we had to find a shop that could help. A friend of mine reached out to Clint Jones at Accomplished Auto who agreed to take a look at the vehicle. He found when the transmission was replaced, they did something to misalign some of the steering sensors and it was causing the stabilitrac and all wheel drive to kick on and off trying to reset. He performed an alignment on the vehicle and it ran great all the way back to Virginia. Thank you to Clint and the amazing team at Accomplished Auto. If we lived closer, they'd have new clients.

I left Virginia heading to New Hampshire. My car started acting up. By the time I got into New Hampshire the car was hardly drivable anymore. It kept bucking all over the road. The crew at Accomplished Auto fit me in when they were obviously already slammed with work. They diagnosed the problem and within a few hours and only $150 later they had me back on the road. I am now driving back home and am already back to Virginia. The car has not acted up again since - it’s driving beautifully! Clint obviously cares about his customers and truly wanted me safe and sound when I was back on the road. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! I was able to work in the waiting room while I waited on the free wifi. Thanks Accomplished Auto!

Came in to have a cylinder rethreaded, mechanic told me I had a bent rod and needed an engine. Apparently he had photos, but the guy who took them "left for the day". Told me the car wouldn't even start, he used the vallet key. Long story short, I rethreaded the cylinder myself, car runs fine. If the rod was really bent, the car woud not be running.

I thought that I would never be happy about seeing my car mechanic. Accomplished Auto makes things as stressless and easy as possible. There is no stone unturned. However, I can confidently say I trust Accomplished as much as I trust myself with my vehicles.
