Our appointment was at 8am and no work had been done by 5:30pm. There was zero communication, they quoted us ridiculous prices, and were quite rude/unempathetic for wasting our day.
We are very sorry to hear that you had anything less than a wonderful experience during your visit to our shop. We aim to provide reliable and honest service to every person who trusts us with their vehicle, and the safety and satisfaction of our customers is always of utmost importance to us. While we are very sorry to hear of your frustrations, we do want to note that although you did drop your vehicle off at the beginning of the day, your scheduled appointment was 2:30 PM, not 8:00 AM. Our team worked very hard to get the services you requested completed and your vehicle returned to you by the end of the day, but unfortunately we were running behind and were short staffed, and all we could do in the situation was our best. We inspected your vehicle at 4:00 PM (we acknowledge this is later than we were hoping due to how much work we had to get done that day and being short on help, and we apologize), and we worked hard to get your estimates to you when you returned to our shop at 5:30. Our team stayed well past our closing time for the night to get your car inspected and buttoned up for you, but unfortunately with everything going on we missed the tire rotation on your service order. When we found that this was missed, we offered you a loaner car free of charge for you to use while we continued working on the vehicle so that we could have it completely ready for you the next day, but you refused this and we returned your car to you. Again, we want to apologize for any inconveniences or frustrations caused during your visit to our shop. Thank you for your feedback.
