Our appointment was at 8am and no work had been done by 5:30pm. There was zero communication, they quoted us ridiculous prices, and were quite rude/unempathetic for wasting our day. *The below response is a blatant lie. We purposely scheduled our appointment for 8am not 2:30pm and we have the confirmation emails as proof. You also did ZERO work other than give us quotes. You did not complete a state inspection, just general inspection of the vehicle. So after having our truck for almost 10 hours, we got it back in the same condition plus smelling of smoke. You not only didn’t give us text updates like we were told, we called for updates throughout the day and the receptionist still couldn’t tell us anything. We didn’t want the loaner vehicle, which should have been expected as complimentary after how you treated us, because we had zero faith in your ability to actually fix our truck. After such a horrible experience a good business owner should know enough to reach out for an apology, instead we got an email asking for a review and arguments online…pathetic. We subsequently went elsewhere and had everything repaired within a reasonable time for a reasonable price. My PSA is to stay away from this shop!

We aim to provide reliable and honest service to every person who trusts us with their vehicle, and the safety and satisfaction of our customers is always of utmost importance to us. While we are very sorry to hear of your frustrations, we do want to note that although you did drop your vehicle off at the beginning of the day, your scheduled appointment was 2:30 PM, not 8:00 AM. Our team worked very hard to get the services you requested completed and your vehicle returned to you by the end of the day, but unfortunately we were running behind and were short staffed, and all we could do in the situation was our best. We inspected your vehicle at 4:00 PM (we acknowledge this is later than we were hoping due to how much work we had to get done that day and being short on help, and we apologize), and we worked hard to get your estimates to you when you returned to our shop at 5:30. Our team stayed well past our closing time for the night to get your car inspected and buttoned up for you, but unfortunately with everything going on we missed the tire rotation on your service order. When we found that this was missed, we offered you a loaner car free of charge for you to use while we continued working on the vehicle so that we could have it completely ready for you the next day, but you refused this and we returned your car to you. Again, we want to apologize for any inconveniences or frustrations caused during your visit to our shop. Thank you for your feedback.
