My wife and I have been here 3 times for an alignment and a re alignment after inspections at other garages. One thing they accomplish is wasting 1.5-2 hrs of our time every visit. Making an appointment doesn’t matter because they take your vehicle in and start 30 minutes late anyway. My wife went there a month ago and took 2 hrs, she waited and was late for work meetings because of this. She needed a new shock in her car so we brought the car to our mechanic who is way cheaper at doing the work than these guys and we made a follow up appointment today for alignment only. She mentioned this ti them when she arrived today and it still took 1.5 hrs to do that alignment when they already adjusted things a month ago. The work may be ok but the time they take is ridiculous and not needed.
Joel, we regret to hear that your wife had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. When we saw your vehicle in December 2021, we noted that the front shocks were in need of replacement, and we provided a quote for the work using higher than OEM quality parts which would be covered by our 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. We explained at that time and noted on the repair order that when we do shock replacements, we re-align the vehicle fee of charge. You elected to have struts installed on your vehicle at a different shop, but we offered to perform an alignment on your wife’s vehicle this morning free of charge as a courtesy. Our primary goal has always been to provide an unbeatable customer experience to everyone who trusts us with the maintenance of their vehicle. While we strive to get our customers’ vehicle back on the road as promptly as possible, we do not claim to be a speedy “quick lube” type of establishment—when we fix something, we want the job to be as safe and reliable as possible. We take the extra time to check over every vehicle we see every time it comes to our shop to ensure the customer is safe on the roadways. We understand our customers have busy schedules, which is why we offer loaner vehicles free of charge so that our clients can have their vehicles serviced without missing work or appointments. This was offered to you and declined during each of your visits to our shop. We understand your frustration, and again, we regret to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. Please give us a call to schedule your completely free oil change/tire rotation service. We will provide you with a completely free of charge loaner vehicle so you can have the convenience of simply dropping your vehicle off and heading out immediately so as not to worry about time restraints.
