(Long POSITIVE review) My first-time experience was EXCELLENT! I had recently bought a used car and wanted it looked over for maintenance of any sort. I was given updates leading up to my appointment, during the service to my car, and post service. Very helpful! After the inspection, I was given a comprehensive report of my vehicle filled with images of my car from all angles, parts that needed to be fixed, what needs to be taken care of in the future, and even the GOOD parts of my car. Along with the images, there were notes from the mechanic for each part, suggested action, and the estimated cost for parts/labor. DETAIL DETAIL DETAILS throughout! Nothing to hide and stress free. Everything is laid out in front of you. In person, these guys are fantastic, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Accomplished Auto sets the standard for what an automobile mechanic business SHOULD BE. Highly suggest this place.

My wife and I have been here 3 times for an alignment and a re alignment after inspections at other garages. One thing they accomplish is wasting 1.5-2 hrs of our time every visit. Making an appointment doesn’t matter because they take your vehicle in and start 30 minutes late anyway. My wife went there a month ago and took 2 hrs, she waited and was late for work meetings because of this. She needed a new shock in her car so we brought the car to our mechanic who is way cheaper at doing the work than these guys and we made a follow up appointment today for alignment only. She mentioned this ti them when she arrived today and it still took 1.5 hrs to do that alignment when they already adjusted things a month ago. The work may be ok but the time they take is ridiculous and not needed.

Joel, we regret to hear that your wife had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. When we saw your vehicle in December 2021, we noted that the front shocks were in need of replacement, and we provided a quote for the work using higher than OEM quality parts which would be covered by our 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. We explained at that time and noted on the repair order that when we do shock replacements, we re-align the vehicle fee of charge. You elected to have struts installed on your vehicle at a different shop, but we offered to perform an alignment on your wife’s vehicle this morning free of charge as a courtesy. Our primary goal has always been to provide an unbeatable customer experience to everyone who trusts us with the maintenance of their vehicle. While we strive to get our customers’ vehicle back on the road as promptly as possible, we do not claim to be a speedy “quick lube” type of establishment—when we fix something, we want the job to be as safe and reliable as possible. We take the extra time to check over every vehicle we see every time it comes to our shop to ensure the customer is safe on the roadways. We understand our customers have busy schedules, which is why we offer loaner vehicles free of charge so that our clients can have their vehicles serviced without missing work or appointments. This was offered to you and declined during each of your visits to our shop. We understand your frustration, and again, we regret to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. We hope that you give us the opportunity to provide you with the quality of service we’ve always been known for. Please give us a call to schedule your completely free oil change/tire rotation service. We will provide you with a completely free of charge loaner vehicle so you can have the convenience of simply dropping your vehicle off and heading out immediately so as not to worry about time restraints. We appreciate your feedback and we will continue trying to improve on these aspects to ensure this is not a problem for you or any future customers down the road. Thank you again, and we hope you will continue to consider us for any work needed in the future.

GOOD HONEST QUALITY WORK. The guys over at Accomplished Auto are easily some of the best people I've ever come across. The whole staff is easily approachable and will answer every last question and concern you might have. Most importantly the work they do is of the highest quality. They'll even send you before and after pictures to prove it. Even if you do drive away there is still an issue with your vehicle, bring it back and they'll stay there until its finished at no extra cost! This is a group of guys that take pride in their work and will always stand behind it. Not only will they fix the problem you brought the vehicle in for but they actually look out for other potential issues or things that are soon to become in issues. They have saved me hundreds of dollars by calling me up when my car is being taken apart and telling me other issues they've noticed and they can fix while its easier to get to, saving me money in labor costs (unlike dealerships that charge full hourly rate per repair no matter if your car is already taken apart or not) To top it all off they even have a loaner car. So long as I live in NH I will never bring any vehicle I own (because they'll work on any vehicle) to anywhere else!
