The BEST mechanic I have ever been to. Honest. Kind. Thorough. I live out of town. I was here for a teaching workshop and my car broke down. Luckily, I found Accomplished Auto on my phone and called them, and they let me come in without an appointment. I do not know very much about cars and Brian took the time to show me exactly what the problem was and did an extremely thorough inspection on the rest of my car and found some things that the place I go to back in Maryland didn't catch. He even drove me back to the high school that my workshop was at. When I came to pick up my car he had everything ready for me and had printed out an overview (that's very easy to understand) of all the work he had done and recommendations for work that may need to be done soon. It should be a nightmare when your car breaks down when you are out of town but I'm actually GLAD that my car broke down while I was visiting New Hampshire because I had such a good experience here - because Brian took the time and care to explain what was going on with my car, I feel empowered the next time I go to a place in Maryland instead of lost and confused like I normally feel when I go to get work done on my car back home. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Brian. :)
