You have to approve each repair before the do it and the cost is shown in real time as you approve each repair. On top of that Clint and his team make you feel comfortable even you don't understand cars at all. I know each time I bring my vehicle here it is being taken care of and I feel safer driving it after.

TLDR: Thorough and high quality shop Best shop in town by far. Not only did they find a MAJOR brake issue that another shop {and the dealership that the car was bought from) missed, potently saving my life. Every appointment i have made here was spontaneous and at my own whim and they fit me right in with no wait. on top of all that they give a thorough check and detailed report along with pictures of any problems or things they worked and all this was still at a lower price then everywhere else in the concord area
