Professional and great customer service! Had my car inspected in a very timely yet thorough manner and had a full alignment done. Clint went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced being the only one there that day and was both professional and courteous. Really liked having constant updates and pictures sent to my phone as I waited. My initial appointment had to be rescheduled by the shop and Clint offered me a great deal on the final price. All in all, I was impressed with my first visit and will continue to come here for my auto needs when need be. Thanks!

Brought my vehicle in for a state inspection - this was my first visit but won't be my last. I was pleased by the constant communication that I received via text and email. I was notified when my vehicle was checked in and then received results from the initial inspection of the vehicle. This continued throughout the process and I was even able to pay online before I picked up the vehicle which not only saved time but also limited exposure since I was only in the office for a minute or two to collect my key! It is always difficult finding an auto shop that is transparent, open and honest. When your vehicle goes 'behind the wall' you are hoping that the person doing the work is being truthful in what needs to be done and then completing said work using best practices. Clint and his team have incredible technology that shows you the entire process from analysis to recommendations to solutions. Photos are typically provided when suggested services are recommended (brake rotors, for example) so you are not left guessing if the brakes really need to be corrected or not. The checks done on your vehicle, even for the most basic service is impressive. Getting snow tires put on a vehicle but knowing that someone is doing work on ancillary items such as your lights, indicators, etc. is important. I highly recommend Accomplished Auto for any and all of your auto repair needs.

Am delighted with how my truck is running. Feel confident of Accomplished Auto technical knowledge. Truck engine is now so quiet after 90000 mile checkup and inspection. Am so pleased I was recommended to them.

I’m from out of state and had broken down the night prior to my service. I was staying at a local hotel and was towed back there. I asked the gentlemen in the hotel lobby of any good service places in the area and he suggested Accomplished Auto, I read reviews online briefly and looked like a great place. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in later that morning. This was great , especially during the COVID 19 era we are in , to be able to take care of my vehicle that day. This was one of the best service centers I ever dealt with in my 45 years on this earth. From the customer service rep , Tyler , all the way down throughout the entire service people. I would 100% recommend anyone to use Accomplished Auto in the future with any issues you may have with your vehicle.
