We here at Accomplished Auto take COVID-19 and its potential impacts seriously, and are constantly monitoring the advice and guidelines put forth by NH government, scientists and medical professionals. As the owner I should, as my wife is an epidemiologist and researcher. The science demonstrates that in order to fully reboot/re-open our economy, we need to collectively contain the spread of the virus and keep it from overwhelming our health care system; and we ourselves do not want to accidently spread the virus.

In view of that, we are continuing to take precautions with our customers, vendors, and staff. Our staff continue to do a daily “symptom check”, and we require everyone to maintain social distancing and to wear masks when around others in enclosed spaces. In customer cars, we continue to wear masks and gloves, and wipe down all touch surfaces with sanitizer before and after service.

Also, for the foreseeable future, we encourage all customers to schedule service appointments such that they do not have to wait in our offices. For those who do need to wait for their vehicle, we do have some seating in our front hallway. This helps to ease both sanitations, and minimize proximity to staff per social distancing guidelines. To make this more convenient we are offering pick up and drop off of vehicles in the local area, as well as shuttle rides to and from work/home using the customer’s own vehicle, again to minimize any chance of exposure.

With everyone’s cooperation I believe we will get through this with minimal disruption, and while the changes in our lives may be long lasting, my sincere belief is we will come out better on the other end.
