Since 1998, Accomplished Auto has served drivers in Concord, New Hampshire for all of their automotive needs. You can find us today in the same location where we originally opened 20+ years ago — 134A Hall Street! In our decades of operation, we’ve developed strong relationships with out customers and in our community. Our customers come to us for honest, dependable service and we deliver on their expectations. We are known for our commitment to quality and strive to uphold that in every aspect of our business, from the parts we use in our repairs to the level of service we provide for our guests. Quality is the foundation of our facility and our mission with every vehicle we service.
In 2017, Accomplished Auto team member Clint Jones became the new owner of our facility. With years of experience on our team and an ASE Master Technician Certification, he has unparalleled expertise in the automotive industry. With Clint at the helm, we are in good hands to continue serving our community for another 30 years or more and provide the same level of care that our customers have come to expect from us. Nothing makes us more proud than being the trusted auto repair team of families in Concord and the surrounding towns in New Hampshire. And we want to thank all of the drivers who have made us their go-to team for automotive support!

Meet The TeamClinton Jones
Clinton has been working on cars, plane engines and tractors all his life. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician and brings both experience and documented skills to the task of diagnosing and repairing your car. With our new Shop-Ware program we are able to share our findings and recommendations with you – as they happen! This is done via smart phone text and/or e-mail. If you are not there yet – we can still call you.
Clinton believes continued education and training in the ever-changing auto repair environment is key to his success. He attends local as well as national training. We have up-to-date computer programs, state-of-the art alignment system, dealer level diagnostic tools, 4 lifts, and reliable vendors. All of these allow us to offer quality maintenance and repairs. Our repairs (non-wear items) have a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty. This warranty is nation-wide, a result of our association with Technet. We are also Green, having recently installed LED lighting in the garage and office areas, participating in our business park’s solar power, as well as recycling old parts, metals, tires, cardboard and paper. All other items are disposed of responsibly.
In his spare time, Clinton enjoys the outdoors, kayaking, gardening, raising chickens, and spending time with his wife.Sandra Burr
Sandy Burr joined Accomplished Auto in 2018 – just after Clint purchased the business. Although not from an automotive background, Sandy brings strong customer service and office management skills to Accomplished Auto. Sandy’s belief that our friends/customers must always greeted warmly and receive undivided attention, along with receiving quality automotive services, makes for a friendly, comfortable, trustworthy, and well-run front office.
Sandy is usually be the first person you speak with on the phone or meet in the office. Sandy will answer your questions as best she can, book appointments, follow up on requested estimates, provide shuttle rides as needed, and maintains contact with our customers during repairs. She also manages our inventory, keeping a great working relationship with our vendors.
In her free time, Sandy enjoys gardening – inside and outside, quilting,her kids and grandchildren, and spends time with her husband.
