Who We Are...
Accomplished Auto is a full-service automotive repair shop.  We do everything,  from Lube, Oil and Filter changes to advanced computer diagnostics.  Our  technicians are all factory trained and ASE certified.  We continually update our  equipment and skills in order to keep up with the technological advances in our  industry.  You can have comfort in knowing that your vehicle is being repaired by a highly skilled team where the “Process of Elimination” or “Throwing Parts at it”  approach is NEVER taken.

Comprehensive maintenance reminders:  We calculate and average customers'  driving patterns and send you reminders when service is due.  This enables you to keep an accurate maintenance schedule for your vehicle that will increase it’s longevity and dependability and also allow you to budget for the cost of the service.

Payment flexibility:  With the NAPA/Accomplished Auto EasyPay Card you receive 90 days same as cash.

Shuttle Service:  Being without transportation can be the biggest hassle of getting your vehicle serviced.  Many of our customers have stated that it is difficult to arrange rides to and from our shop just to drop off their vehicles or pick them up.  For those that live and work here in Concord we offer a free shuttle service to and from work.  For those repairs that turn out to be more than one day we also have a relationship with a local car rental agency that provides us with excellent rates.

Using top quality suppliers is only a portion of the job.  Problems need to be diagnosed and parts need to be installed.   That has to be done by people, and we have some of the best.  All our technicians are ASE certified.  The Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is a benchmark for the industry.  In order for a technician to be ASE certified, he or she must pass tests in all areas of automotive repair.  In addition, all of our techs are factory trained and certified covering Toyota and Chevrolet.  In order to deliver the complete package you need to have top notch employees and top quality suppliers.  At Accomplished Auto we deliver the complete package.

Accomplished Auto is a Christian owned and operated business.  This statement of faith isn’t to aid in sales or service, but to give glory to God who provided us this blessing.  Now it is our responsibility to operate it in a manner that gives Him the honor.
